Continuation to the Asma Source: it is a source of natural sulphurous hot water. Exploited for years, the source spontaneously provides water whose temperature is around 38°C. To obtain warmer water, an artesian borehole brings water from depths greater than 70 meters, the water then becomes mesothermal (their temperature is between 34 and 39°C). It is reputed to be excellent for the skin, respiratory disorders and bones. Take care of yourself with a sulphurous hot water massage, right in the middle of the desert.

Finish with the Parc des Huitres (Oyster Culture Farm), Lunch at the Free Restaurant & Return to the hotel.

Start with the ostrich farm: Located 8 km from Dakhla, the ostrich farm is the property of an industrialist from the region who, out of passion, wishes to relocate them in semi-freedom. With a size varying between 2 and 3 meters, the population of 460 ostriches that inhabit the park, built in 2005, is partitioned according to age. The oldest are separated from the public by a fence while the little thumbs are parked in habitats in the form of a greenhouse. Their life expectancy is around 70 years. Their first 30 years are dedicated to reproduction, then the animals are entrusted to the processing industry (fresh or dried meat, etc.).
