Day 01: Casablanca – Istanbul

Meet at Mohammed V Airport and check-in for the flight to Baku via Istanbul.

Day 02: Istanbul - Baku (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

• Arrival at Azerbaijan International Airport. You will be greeted by your driver and then transferred to your hotel.
• Check-in at the hotel.
• Visit Highland Park with majestic views of the city and the Caspian Sea, as well as the Flame Towers, visible from almost anywhere in the city (the funicular is included).
• Beyond the Old City, there's no better way to feel Baku's laid-back, Mediterranean atmosphere than to stroll along the much-loved Seaside Boulevard - the capital's promenade. This magnificent stretch of coastline offers hours of pleasant strolling along the waterfront with ever-changing views of the city. (Ferris wheel ticket is included).
• The Carpet Museum, located on Seaside Boulevard, is another modern architectural marvel of Baku - it's shaped like a rolled-up carpet! and inside it houses the largest collection of Azerbaijani carpets in the world (over 6,000!). There is simply no better place to start your journey into the world of Azerbaijani carpet weaving (ticket is included).
• Walk to Nizami Street which is also a part of history and where oil barons built beautiful buildings along this street. Guests will also be able to shop in modern boutiques.
• Dinner and overnight in Baku

Day 03: Baku - Gala Tour (B/Lunch)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Day trip (departure time at 10:00 a.m.)
• Old City Tour – The medieval heart of Baku is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by 12th century walls, teeming with history and oriental architecture. There you will find the Maiden's Tower, the most mysterious site in Baku- no one knows for sure what it was originally built for! Meanwhile, occupying the highest point of the citadel, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs (ticket included) was the residence of Azerbaijan's medieval rulers in the 15th century. Beyond its main attractions, the “Inner City,” as locals call it, is a maze of narrow alleys home to some of Baku's oldest residents, as well as artists' studios and souvenir stalls.
• Go to the Heydar Aliyev Center - Designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, since its opening in 2012, the Heydar Aliyev Center's curved, undulating form and innovative use of space have made it an iconic landmark in Baku and the -of the. Take a photo near the “I LOVE BAKU” sign (ticket included).
• Gala Ethnographic Museum
• You will see cave paintings, constructions and everyday objects from the 3rd-2nd millennia BC and climb to the top of a fortress dating from the 14th century, from where an incredible view of the Absheron peninsula. In the medieval town you will also learn how our ancestors lived and see their clothes, tableware, coins and ornaments. (ticket included)

Day 04: Baku - Guba Tour (B/Lunch)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Road to the Guba region (departure at 9:00 a.m.)
• Guba is a small town located in the Guba-Khacmaz district of Azerbaijan, on the northeastern slopes of the Shahdag range, about 168 km from Baku, not far from the Russian border. It is now a paradise tourist destination in Azerbaijan with a population of around 23,000. Guba district is considered a popular tourist destination due to its proximity to the capital, the combination of a very good climate, proximity to the forest zone and the coast of the Caspian Sea along the mountains and of exceptional fauna, which has been exploited by the construction of numerous tourist establishments and resorts in the region.
• Visit to Red Settlement- here guests will be acquainted with the history of the Jewish minority in Azerbaijan.
• Guba is the northern center of carpentry in Azerbaijan with its famous type of carpets - Pirabadil carpets. Guests will be able to visit a local carpet factory where carpets are woven manually using age-old traditions of Azerbaijani carpet history.
• Most of Azerbaijan's scenic highlights are in the spectacular snow-capped Caucasus Mountains or their lush, forest-covered foothills, with numerous springs and beautiful natural sights. Despite the large number of different species of fruits and vegetables growing in the district, every Azerbaijani first associates Guba with its apple orchards. Spend time in the Gachrash forest which has a very beautiful atmosphere.
• Visit to Qrizdehne village- a beautiful place with a small lake and a relaxed atmosphere, guests can walk around the area and even go zip lining (additional cost).
• Return to Baku
• On the way back, guests will see the mountains in bands of colors- these mountains offer a beautiful view with their colors.
• Night in Baku

Day 05: Baku - Gabala (B/Lunch)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Road to Gabala (4 hours drive, departure at 8:30 a.m.)
• On the way, guests will pass by the Juma Mosque of Shamakhi, one of the oldest mosques in the Caucasus, whose foundations date back to the 9th century.
• Visit Yeddi Gozel Waterfall – this mountain waterfall is a beautiful place to see, located in Vandam village in Gabala. The name Waterfall of Seven Beauties (Yeddi Gozal) comes from the name of the 7 mountain roads that lead to the waterfall. As the waterfall is completely frozen in winter, it is more difficult to access. But in spring and summer, tea houses are accessible on every mountain road, where guests can enjoy tea service with the traditional varieties of Gabala jam. Upstairs there is a tea house with a special wooden mattress, where one can enjoy tea in a beautiful setting with beautiful sound.
• Lake Nohur is one of the most fantastic places in Gabala, with spectacular views of the Caucasus Mountains. Tourists are amazed by the majesty of Lake Nohur. The quiet weather and birdsong provide an ideal environment to relax and escape the noise. (catamaran ride included)

Day 06: Gabala – Visit Tufandag ski resort. (B/Lunch)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure before 10:00 a.m.
• Tufandag Ski Resort offers its guests a natural setting of incomparable beauty and harmony. Built like a jewel in the heart of the surrounding mountains, Tufandag Ski Resort is a must-visit place for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. (2 cable car tickets included)
• Night in Gabala.

Day 07: Gabala - Baku (Breakfast / Dinner)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure to Baku (4-5 hours drive)
• Shopping tour- visit to Sadarak mall, shopping centers
• Return to the hotel
• Dinner and overnight in Baku

Day 08: Baku - Istanbul (B.L.)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Arrival in Istanbul, Transfer to the hotel.
• Rest of the day free
• Night at the hotel

Day 09: Istanbul - Excursion to the Princess Islands (B.L.)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Departure to visit the Princess Islands, an archipelago of nine islands in the Marmara Sea. Stop on the main island BUYUKADA, island of exile for the princesses of Byzantium. Tour of the island by carriage (not included) and lunch by the sea (included).
